As a former Senior Project Manager for a major East Coast developer, Ann understands the ins and outs of solid design and construction and the importance of communicating these details to her customers. Since receiving his law degree in 1979, Jim has worked as a real estate closing attorney, bank counsel, and labor lawyer specializing in contract negotiations. As a Senior Attorney for the FDIC during the failed bank crisis in the 1980s, Jim litigated cases involving real estate transactions, finance and corporate issues. A certified mediator since 1985, Jim has helped clients resolve a wide range of disputes involving real estate, employment, business, and personal matters. Jeff joined Team Jodi in 2005 in the role of Listing Coordinator and Buyer Specialist. Jeff's responsibilities are to insure that all aspects of new listings are taken care of and to act as coordinator between the Listing Agent and client. As a Buyer Specialist, Jeff must understand the needs of the client and work diligently on behalf of their best interests. A REALTOR® since 2004, Jeff has 17 years of managerial experience. A native of North Carolina, Jeff is a graduate of East Carolina University with a BFA in Art and has lived in the Triangle area since 1999. He is active in his community and is on the Board of Directors of his Home Owners Association as well as a member of the Triangle Business Professional Guild.
In his spare time, Jeff can be found working in the yard, riding his bike along the many trails in Durham county or spending time with his family. Jeff is ready to make your selling transaction smooth and seamless.
