Stoneridge is located north of Chapel Hill in a lovely, wooded area of town. This neighborhood has very easy access to downtown Chapel Hill, Durham (and Duke University) and I-40. The homes in this neighborhood were built in the 1970s and 80s and range in style, type and size and are situated on acre to two acre lots. There are many beautiful homes in this neighborhood and many have had lovely updates and additions. The Stoneridge swim and tennis club is located here. This club has a swim team which forms a total team with the Chapel Hill Tennis and Swim Club swim team. It is not a requirement to be a member of the club to live in this neighborhood.
