Colony Woods is an older, established neighborhood that is in between Briarcliff and Ridgefield. This neighborhood is centrally located in Chapel Hill. It is very close to Ephesus Elementary and University Mall. The homes were built in the 1960s. There are a number of split-levels, split foyers and traditional homes. It is a very nice wooded neighborhood with nice lots. Many houses have been updated and added onto. This is a large neighborhood that is great for walking.
