Parking a Key Concern in Carrboro Development
In a January 22 public hearing, the Carrboro Board of Aldermen considered a proposal for the development of a five-story project called Roberson Square. Roberson Square would include more than 91,000 square feet of residential and commercial property at 203 South Greensboro Street across from Open Eye Café. At the hearing, a number of residents and business owners expressed the need for more parking in the project and a comprehensive parking plan.
