The Durham real estate market data are out for June 2011.  In Durham:

  • New listings are down 16.9%
  • Closed sales are down 18.9%
  • The list-to-sales price ratio dropped from 96.7% in 2010 to 95.6%in 2011
  • Average days-on-market is 123 which represents a 46.7% increase from last year

Durham is tracking with the rest of the Triangle where, on average, sales are down 17.3%.
