    A Chapel Hill resident since 1990 and a Realtor since 1997, Jodi has rapidly achieved recognition through both her market performance and her professional growth. She has been a consistent multimillion dollar producer.  She is known for staying on top of technology and the real estate market.  She has numerous professional designations including Broker, Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Graduate Realtor Institute and Accredited Buyer Representative.  Jodi has built a successful Team to deliver her clients seamless, high quality service.   She is on the North Carolina Association of Realtors Forms Committee and is on Greater Chapel Hill Association of Realtors Board of Directors.  Jodi is married with two children and is an active volunteer in the Jewish community.  She holds an MA in Public Health from UNC-Chapel Hill and a BA in Economics from the University of California Santa Cruz.

    Since receiving his law degree in 1979, Jim has worked as a real estate closing attorney, bank counsel, and labor lawyer specializing in contract negotiations. As a Senior Attorney for the FDIC during the failed bank crisis in the 1980s, Jim litigated cases involving real estate transactions, finance and corporate issues. A certified mediator since 1985, Jim has helped clients resolve a wide range of disputes involving real estate, employment, business, and personal matters. Since relocating to North Carolina in 1994, he has worked as a consultant providing conflict resolution training programs, workplace investigations and mediation services for a wide variety of organizations in the Southeast. For Buyers and Sellers, Jim will: -Use his legal background and experience to represent your interests to their fullest capacity; -Use his negotiation skills on your behalf in the purchase of sale of your home; and -Guide you through the process of a home purchase or offer advice on what it will take to sell your home. -Act as a mediator to resolve the potential "deal breakers" that can occur during the time from contract to closing

    Jeff joined Team Jodi in 2005 in the role of Listing Coordinator/Transaction Coordinator. Jeff’s responsibility is to make sure that all Team Jodi listing transactions run smoothly and stay on schedule. A REALTOR® since 2004, Jeff has 17 years of managerial experience. A native of North Carolina, Jeff is a graduate of East Carolina University with a BFA in Art and has lived in the triangle area since 1999. He is active in his community and is on the Board of Directors of his Home Owners Association and a member of the Triangle Business Professional Guild. In his spare time, Jeff can be found working in the yard, riding his bike along the many trails in Durham county or spending time with his family. Jeff is ready to make selling transaction smooth and seamless.
