He eventually moved to Wilmington to become operations manager for that company's coastal division. After moving to Raleigh he started his own industrial and commercial contracting company and ran it successfully for 18 years.
Boyce's years in the construction industry gives him a unique ability to see homes differently than most. His business was based on service, so he knows what clients expect and deserve. He enjoys working with both buyers and sellers. He is hardworking, honest and treats clients the way he would expect to be treated. I am a native of Great Britain, where I completed my first real estate sale in 1979. I then pursued my love of real estate even while building a successful career in foreign exchange futures trading. After working in the prestigious Prudential Bache foreign exchange department, I founded my own trading company in 1992 and within five years was managing a $250 million fund and was named Trader of the Year by a respected financial publication.
After living and working in London, Dubai and Luxembourg, I turned my energy to expanding a residential property portfolio and committed myself to real estate as a full-time occupation. In 2004, my spouse, Michelle, and I relocated to the United States, where I have been bestowed citizenship.
Upon moving to Hinsdale IL, where we were raising two sons, I established a real estate holding company to buy and sell premium residential properties. The company also owns managed properties across northern Illinois. I subsequentely relocated to Cary NC where I am currently applying the same real estate approach.
Apart from my daily immersion in real estate, I am a devoted volunteer in support of CASA a child advocacy group focusing on children in foster care.
